Qualche mese fa avevamo parlato di una pillola gastrointestinale, Smart Pill, in grado di monitorare contemporaneamente pressione, temperatura e pH dell’intestino del paziente, mentre va a “spasso” nel corpo. Oggi, dopo l’approvazione data dall’ente americano Food and Drug Administration (FDA), i pazienti statunitensi potranno tirare un sospiro di sollievo in quanto non dovranno più sottoporsi ad esami fastidiosi per ispezionare il tratto gastrointestinale.
